The purpose of refurbishments is to conserve and improve existing buildings, eliminate signs of wear, such as damage by water or humidity, cracks or distortion, and improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings.

These are examples of the refurbishment measures we carry out, sometimes in collaboration with civil engineers:

  • Façades with external render, paintwork, external wall insulation, noise insulation, humidity refurbishments of the external walls and render
  • Paintwork on all doors and windows, anti-theft protection and safety equipment, window and door lintels, heat insulation, noise insulation, roller shutters and folding shutters
  • Ceilings and flooring: flooring, impact sound insulation and heat insulation
  • Bathrooms and sanitary units: supply pipes and connections, showers/bathtubs, fittings, cisterns and tiling
  • Heating systems/boilers, radiators and chimneys
